Independent Study (IS)

If your kiddo has missed a day(s) of school or you know they will be missing certain days, they have the option of completing independent study (IS). Please contact Ms. Lourdes in our office to complete an independent study contract. When completing IS, students have 10 days from the date of their absence to complete and turn in the work in order to receive credit. 

- Students will be given an IS packet pertaining to the work we are doing at that time. 
- There will be one literacy and one math page for each day they have missed. 
- If you know your kiddo will be missing certain days, please let me know as soon as possible so I may put together their IS work ahead of time.
